Refunds + Replacements

Secondhand jewellery, couture, vintage, body jewellery and fashion accessories don’t have any value on the market when you simply want a refund. Therefore cash refunds are not a part of our purchase policy. In some extreme cases, we offer to the value of the jewellery purchased in credit coupons for spending on ffyf.store. The only case where a refund for quality fashion jewellery could be justified would be if you loved it so much you had a heart attack.

We do replace an item in certain cases. The details are essentially the same as our the ffyf.store Purchase Guarantee. This only applies to jewellery that has not been removed from its original packaging. Once the item has been worn, we cannot offer a refund or exchange for the product.

  1. Missing items of items – Although we have yet to have this happen, in the event that you are the first customer to find a missing product or piece in your purchase, we will replace your missing items with free shipping (of course).
  2. Items that did not arrive/lost during delivery – Another rarity due to our tracking process, but if this is the case,  a) we will replace your piece with free shipping, b) give you an electronic coupon to the same value with free shipping if the item is unavailable, or c) we might offer you another item you might like (which may be of higher value too).
  3. Wrong product received – you might want to keep it because that would probably be something very lucky indeed – but please inform us and the choice is yours. If you don’t want it, the GoGirl Team will help you with fetching the item and a) we will replace it with free shipping, b) give you an electronic coupon to the same value with free shipping if the item is unavailable, or c) we might offer you another item you might like (which may be of higher value too).
  4. Damaged goods – Should you see that a piece is damaged we ask that you do not remove from the plastic cover otherwise it is hard for us to justify your case and assist. In the case of damaged items, a) we will replace it with free shipping, b) give you an electronic coupon to the same value with free shipping if the item is unavailable, or c) we might offer you another item you might like (which may be of higher value too).
  5. No refunds are available in cash or financial transfer for any situation except if ffyf.store cancels your order, all refunds are in the form of coupons, free shipping and/or replacement products only for the above-mentioned reasons. All replaced items will be shipped free, of course.
  6. In the case of any of the above situations, we will arrange to pick up the items at a time and place that is convenient for you.

10 Working Day From Tracking Arrival Limitation on All Refunds & Replacements

  1. It is important you contact us immediately if any of the above occur. The date of tracking arrival is recorded securely online and that information will be provided to you. You have 10 working days from the time your jewellery is delivered to notify us of any problems that need to be addressed. Our purchasing guarantee will expire after 10th business from when you receive your purchase.
  2. In many cases, by the time someone goes to return an item of couture or vintage fashion jewellery, they normally love it and change their mind again. You will too. We can offer the ffyf.store Purchase Guarantee because the shipping company is proving that to us and that is why we insist on and only offer shipping that is tracked.
