All shipping comes with a tracking code, which will be available around 72-96 hours after your purchase – you will be emailed your tracking code directly from with information on where to watch the movements. It then takes around 72 hours for that tracking information to be available online. This is all very normal. This is an international standard.

Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. All parcels are sent using ePacket with full tracking services. The risk of loss is considered 0%. Tracking information will normally become available around 72-96 hours after the tracking number has been issued and will be sent to you.

#6. Delivery Times

Shipping can take up to 20 days but this is rarely the case and most orders arrive within 10 days, sometimes even 5 days. There’s no exact guarantee on the timing depending on your location but you can watch your order’s movements through the tracking advice you will be provided. You will receive it. Be aware there is some processing time to add to order delivery time, also factors such as delayed logistics and customs clearings may have an impact on the delivery time. However, be patient, as long as it is tracking your are good because you will be provided with a link and tracking information soon after purchase.

As a customer, you are responsible for any import duties, which is rarely the case due to our ultra-low pricing.

#8. Packing Methods

All orders are packed in an envelope which has bubble wrap on the inside. The items are then secured in a sealed plastic bag. Please do not open the inner plastic bag if your jewellery has been damaged in any way.
